LIFT&SLIDE
Lift & slide doors are the perfect solution which can be used in all types of interiors. When closed the door looks aesthetic and allows the sunlight to get in. When open the door does not interfere with the interior of the house since the operable leaf slides parallel to the other leaf. This type of door allows to make considerably larger dimensions than traditional balcony doors.
These doors are based on a very simple rule: lift – slide – drop. All the elements of the mechanism operate very smoothly. Even very large leafs can be easily opened and closed using the door handle. The operable leaf may be left open in many positions leaving a very small gap even. When located near terrace or garden they let the nature in keeping a unique character of the building.
Sliding doors enable the usage of very low threshold. Very important for disabled persons when there is a need for the wheelchair passage.
The latest proposal for the sliding doors are additional motors which enable electrical door operation. They can be operated either with the use of a button fitted onto the frame or the remote control.
When there is a need for the air ventilation for the door, there are many types and shapes of vents available. They provide the air flow even when the door is closed According to the customer’s wish and architecture requirements 2, 3, 4, 5 and even 6 leafs may be used where some of them are sliding and some fixed. The overall width if the door may be even 20 m long.

FOLDING DOORS
This type of sliding doors enables to create a unique and original character of the interior. When the door is closed it creates a view of very aesthetic glazed system. When opened may provide the direct access to either terrace or garden. When opened completely they reveal the whole door opening and all the sashes are folded onto one or two sides of the door not disturbing the interior of the house. This type of doors consists usually of one or two main leafs which can be opened as regular door and the rest of the leafs is folding.

CASEMENT WINDOWS
Outswing windows are made of engineered laminated Pine wood, Meranti, Idigbo, Oak, Sipo or other kinds. The wood use for the production is very well treated against blue stain effects and decay due to ecological friendly dipping method. The bath is performed in a water-soluble alkyd based prime coat.
Our double glazing U value is 1,0 W/m2K. However, there is a possibility to use triple glazing that achieves the U value of 0,6 W/ m2K. Also, a special "warm" glass spacer can be used to achieve even better parameters of the glass. There is also a painted glass spacer available to match the colour of the window and to meet individual needs.

For our outswing windows we use the following ironmongery: IPA, PN, Spilka, FIX, Assa, Securistyle, Roto, Siegenia, Hoppe and Titon.

WOODEN-ALUMINIUM

Wooden-aluminium windows constitute the most innovative achievement in window sector. Skilful combination of materials resulted in heat insulating and aesthetic wooden window frame and high durability of an aluminium shield covered with a powder coating. The merger of timber and aluminium enabled achievement of the highest exploitation parameters, i.e. interior: aesthetic timber and its advantages when laminated (heat insulation and noise reduction), as well as exterior: durability combined with aesthetic aluminium shield.
